(hereinafter referred to as Hidroambiente). Merely by using the website, you acquire the status of user. Use of the website and any of the services offered therein means that you accept, as a user, without any reservation of any kind, each and every one of these general conditions, along with any individual conditions that may, if applicable, apply.

2. Without prejudice to any liability for damages that may ensue, Hidroambiente may immediately, and without being required to give prior notice, terminate its relationship with the user, interrupting the user's access to its website or associated services, in the event that it discovers that the website or any of its associated services are being used contrary to the general or individual conditions that apply in each case.
